Our client, a reputable Japanese restaurant chain, is seeking for a HR staff to support their new business set up in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment duties including hiring of office and restaurant staffs, arranging interviews, on-boarding etc.
  • Check attendance data and keep proper record
  • Perform payroll and MPF administration
  • Attend interview, training etc. with Japanese manager to perform interpretation from Japanese to Cantonese and vice versa
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above is preferable
  • 3 years working experience in HR and/or administration field, preferably experience in Japanese company
  • Assistant restaurant/shop manager with hands on experience of front-line recruitment will also be considered
  • Proficiency in English & Cantonese.  Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Excellent team player. Willing to listen and eager to take up multiple tasks in start-up environment
