Our Client is a listed company, now they are willing to open a new store/ new product line etc to expand their form size. 

Responsibilities:

  • Finding suitable product which is fit and suitable match with company style
  • Follow up and issue purchase orders
  • Perform daily settlement duties including arrange delivery schedule, accounting clerical work, data entry, filing etc.
  • Provide the clerical support to the department
  • Ensure sufficient stocks are on hand for shop daily use
  • Business Trip to China 2-4 times per week (Have allowance)

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English, Mandarin & Japanese is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Good Communication
  • Experiences in Sales/ Sales Coordinator is an advantage
