  • We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING ACCOUNT MANAGER (Japan market) – with details as follows :
  • Grows sales and increases company profits by cultivating current customers/dealers and recruiting new customers/dealers, focus in Japan market
  • Increases profitability by promoting products, providing sales support and conducting training on products.
  • Provides customer service to dealers, distributors and customers to provide advice, guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Provides ongoing communication to dealers/distributors/customers on products, promotions, policies, operating procedures, etc. to ensure functional effectiveness of all sales activities and results.
  • Performs regular visits to dealers in Japan to maintain strong relations, train on products, monitor progress, collect market information and coordinate dealer/distributor events
  • Prepares and conducts sales presentations and training to internal staff and dealers/distributors/customer and determines expectations in order to make appropriate recommendations. Educates on product promotions and provides product training.
  • Coordinates with technicians to evaluate the feasibility of repairing, replacing, and handling of equipment to effectively meet customer service objectives.
  • University Graduate is highly prefer
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Diving equipment or sports equipment experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in Japanese market
  • Experience in handling dealers in Japan is highly prefer
  • Travel to dealer events, trade shows and sales meetings.
  • Good command of spoken & written Japanese and English. Chinese and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Trip to Japan 4-5 times per year
  • 5 days work
