Our client, a Japanese trading company, is looking for a suitable candidate as follows: 

 Duties 

  • Communicate with suppliers and logistic parties regarding to delivery schedule and documents
  • Handle quotation with cost calculation and prepare monthly report
  • Review purchase contract and order processing by using SAP system
  • Ensure daily logistic operations on schedule
  • Follow up inventory management and deal with customer inquiries

 

Requirement 

  • Diploma Holder or above
  • 1+ years’ experience in electronics trading company
  • Familiar with China and overseas import and export procedures
  • Fluent Mandarin, good Japanese and English
  • Fresh Graduate would be considered

 

Package

  • Mon – Fri : 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Discretionary Bonus
  • Overtime Allowance
  • Medical Allowance
  • Location: TST
  • Up to 16K (depends on experience)
