Responsibilities

  • Communicating with suppliers in Japan through E-mail or by phone
  • Finding new suppliers in Japan and minimize the purchase cost
  • Helping sourcing products
  • Internal support local sales team in order to achieve sales target
  • Planning and implementing fair and promotion activities
  • Providing general clerical support and handling administration works
  • Other ad hoc works as required

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2-5 years or above sales or purchase experience, preferable in food and beverage industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and capable of communicating in Japanese is absolutely an advantage
  • Be mature, aggressive and results focused with demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel/Word)
  • Immediately available is preferable
