Our client, a reputable Japanese language school, is seeking for an assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with customers’ inquiries and complaints
  • Introduce various language courses to students
  • Handle enrollment, arrange classes for students, coordinate with teachers' schedule
  • Perform administrative duties including reception, application procedures, customer support etc
  • Assist projects, translation/ interpretation, and ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant customer services experience
  • Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese). Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above).
  • Accept shift duty (9am – 6pm or 11am – 8pm) and working on Saturday (once every three weeks)
