Duties:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Management
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
  • Follow up sales service closely at all time
  • Prepare business reports, presentation materials 
  • Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
  • Capable to handle recruiting
  • Willing to perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • 1 year in secretarial and administrative position
  • IANG welcome
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
  • Proficient in spoken Chinese and English.  Native Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone manners
