Junior Secretary

Junior Secretary (Ref: JD_JS)

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support duties to the project teams
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence to/from DMS
  • Arrange delivery/collection of project documents
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties
  • Organize meetings and travel and hotel arrangements
  • Assist other secretarial staff from time to time and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Certificates holder in secretarial/ Business Administration courses, with 5 subjects – Grade E/Level 2 or above (including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics) in HKCEE or HKDSE
  • Secretarial/ Clerical work experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Fast and accurate English & Chinese typing
  • Familiar with MS Office applications & Chinese word-processing
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, good communication skills & good team player
  • Immediate availability would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
