Responsibilities:
•Handle administrative and clerical duties of the HR Department
•Provide secretarial support to the head of the department
•Will be given ample opportunities to gain professional exposure and learning in various HR functions

 

Requirements:
•Higher diploma in secretarial studies, business administration or other relevant disciplines
•1 year of administrative and/or secretarial experience
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•A Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•A good team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
•Well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
•Multitasking and flexible
