Job Description

Your opportunity
 

The job holder is responsible for all service catalog related to administrative operations for brands served by Kering HR Shared Services. He/she is the first point of contact for the employees and brand HR. He/she must master knowledge of HR policy of the brand and keep updated of local social and employment law.

How you will contribute

  • On/off Boarding: Prepare HR documents, employment contracts, addendum, offer letter, statements, new hire guides etc.
  • Register new employees to brands benefits programs
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, benefits partners, medical check etc.
  • Handle, monitor and manage work permits and visa application, renewal and termination, in accordance with local regulation
  • As the first contact point for brands HR and employees, to answer enquiries or reroute requests to the proper interlocutors when required
  • Act as Leave Administrator in monitoring the application for all type of absence as a local tracker with excellent knowledge of the company’s/brand’s policies and relevant legislation
  • Maintain employees’ personal file, contract templates and document up to date brands policies
  • Maintain employee record and database in HR system (Workday), in-change of system enhancement and upgrade
  • Update the HR Knowledge Hub in country with all appropriate policies and document. Publish new articles to develop the Employee Self Service functionalities
  • Support any internal or external audit
  • Participate in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • With at least 2 years relevant experience in HR field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Experience with HR software, like Workday would be an advantage
  • Good at MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
  • Well-versed in labor & social laws and other HR related legislations, especially Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • High customer orientation and strong willingness to ensure employee satisfaction
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
