Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls, in both Ocean operations
  • Produce accurate reports and follow up shipment bookings
  • Work according to customer SOP for operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain close communication and coordinate with overseas offices or warehouses in an efficient and effective way
  • Confirm information for shipment processing, such as: cost, selling rate, shipping company preference, shipping schedule, payment terms, shipment ready date and consolidation etc.
  • Create / Update information for assigned process such as: shipment details, working manual and vendor list, etc.
  • Provide general administrative and back-up support within the department
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned  

 

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Minimum 1 year's working experience in freight forwarding / logistics Industry 
  • Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
  • Detail Oriented and good team spirit
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Competent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
