US multinational forwarder, global logistics solution provider and international supply chain management in both air and sea freight for major international trade lanes – is looking for a KEY ACCOUNT COMMERCIAL ASST MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • University Degree holder or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with E-commerce business is a plus
  • +3 years' practical working experience in multinational freight forwarding and logistics organizations
  • Have a good understanding of the market and good knowledge in relationship management
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and negotiation
  • Possess proven track reference in managing global / key accounts
  • Good command of Putonghua, English and Cantonese
  • Excellent computer literacy of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Working with head of KEY Account in developing the supply chain solution globally for ISC/KEY/E-COM
  • Review and implement business development plan to align with company's direction
  • Initiate, manage and implement new project for ISC/KEY/E-COM accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization
  • Build and maintain KEY/ISC/E-COM customers through relationship management and to satisfy their expectations by utilizing company's supply chain product (PO Management System)
  • Engage actively with local origins and oversea ISC team to proactively drive commercial efficiencies via corrective and preventive action plans
  • Set and follow up SOP, traffic flow, communication with customers and overseas counterpart.
  • Provide implementation plan and deliver for new clients
  • Handle ad hoc projects as request by management
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
