Our client is global leader in prestige beauty industry, they are urgently looking for Key Account Executive to join their team.

Job Description

  • Assist Key Account Manager on trade promotion preparations, business reviews, sales data analysis, A&CP management and market research
  • Consolidate retail sales data and compile daily sales report for all categories in Department Store Channel
  • Coordinate with vendors on Purchase Order creations and invoice payment follow-up
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies on marketing activities and promotions
  • Coordinate with global team for local market needs, e.g. sales preview sample, GWP, POSM, digital materials and other brand assets
  • Monitor and report competitor activities on promotions and new launches
  • Assist the team with daily administration and counter operations, including office inventory management, organization of team event and meeting scheduling

Job Requirement

  • University graduate with a minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience (preferably in FMCG industry)
  • Well-organized, able to multi-task and work independently under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills and team player
