Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute sales promotion program and distribution strategies to drive key account business to achieve the major parameters in the annual sales plan
  • Conduct annual exercise on budgeting, pricing, new product launch, trade promotion fund allocation
  • Manage designated key accounts to growth the business
  • Work closely with trade account, marketing / merchandising team to implement the trade promotion activities
  • Plan & monitor the trade spending and promotion budget
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with key customers
  • Identify new business and channel opportunities



Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above.
  • At least 5 years of relevant Key Account / Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry.
  • Multichannel experience in Supermarkets, Convenience Stores and Drug Chain is a definite advantage.
  • Good knowledge of general retail market and KA customers.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese is a MUST
  • Independent, hard-working, result-oriented, analytical mind-set with ability to perform under pressure
  • High proficiency in MS applications
