  • European multinational freight forwarder and integrated logistics service provider
  • We are looking for KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Expand the business scope and volume growth from defined key accounts
  • Manage relationship of a defined key accounts, serves as control tower contact for external & internal customer.
  • Work closely with different internal departments ( e.g. Operation / Tradelane / Accounting / TQM / overseas branch offices …etc… involvement) to coordinates the smoothness of account processing
  • To prepares documents (e.g. SOP, customized reports..etc…) for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational implementation to meet customer expectations
  • To maintain good customer relationships and high services level to customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and decision making on business strategies
  • Oversee the business performance and monitor the KPIs
  • To explore further account development and manage after sales strategy for each key account
  • Analyze data to develop customized presentations for various decision making audiences for penetration of new business opportunities.
  • Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ/Tender bidding
  • Drive sustainable improvements on the business process for higher efficiency and operational excellence
  • Assist in identification of potential business opportunities and create new strategies
  • University degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent with at least 8 years’ relevant experience in supply chain / logistics industry
  • Minimum 3 years corporate consultative / solution based sales experience in a service-related industry is preferable
  • Language including Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Account Management skills
