Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting of the client(s), including gathering data for invoicing, forecasting to operations and finance on monthly volumes, and participating in the annual budgeting process
  • Providing quality and efficient customer service through working with supporting functions
  • Review Customer SOW’s, ensure SLAs are met and monitor daily activities, provide recommendations to improve P&L for programs on a regular basis
  • Implementation of new process through the supply chain and drive continuous improvements to meet quality standards
  • Coordinate with Operations and production teams to develop production schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Manage daily/weekly calls & business update to communicate status and situation regarding launch and projects.
  • Responsible for RFQ/ RFP Procedure; and Invoicing
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Issue price books / quotation
  • Monthly EBIT reviews

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of five years Account Management experience, preferably in a Supply Chain environment
  • Advanced in Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage
  • Financial analysis & project management skills are added advantage
