WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • To be the face of IKEA for BUSINESS to key/large business clients focusing on establishing a consultative relationship that supports the customer’s buying process
  • Proactively seek sales opportunities from potential business customers on the market (B2B, B2B2B, B2B2C)
  • Work with the stores (and other touch points and channels) teams to ensure that every business customer must have a shopping experience that exceeds his or her expectations
  • Create new solutions (services, products, customer experience) for customer
  • Constantly monitor IKEA for BUSINESS country performance and looking for optimizations
  • Co-create country IKEA for BUSINESS strategy
  • Support, mentor and coach team members on ways of identifying and growing partnerships with business customers and build their sales competences
  • Guarantee that all promises made to the customer will be delivered and Create the best possible business customer experience

  • To develop IKEA for BUSINESS sales in an efficient and effective way in all media in order to attract more business customers to come more often and buy more
  • To ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience for business customer
