Description

  • Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating and executing promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales for assigned key account (Mainly supermarket chain) to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key accounts as well as to expand sales channel
  • Monitor account / channel profitability and selling expenses and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit
  • Involved in trading terms negotiation, daily operations and promotional programs consolidation
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop promotion plans and advertising campaigns for maximization of sales margins, exposure and market penetration
  • Liaise with cross functional department in order to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs

Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related disciplines

    • At least 5 - 6 years' experience in FMCG or food industry handling key account managements, with at least 2 years in managerial grade

    • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English

    • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

    • With sound analytical and strategic mindset

    • Excellent people management and negotiation skill

    • Candidate with less experience will also be considered for Assistant Manager position

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
