Key Account Manager (Retail)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall business includes but not limited to budgets, customer terms and profitability for the assigned key accounts
  • Responsible for all sales activities including customer business planning, new product introduction and promotion
  • Develop commercial propositions, conduct structured negotiation and commercial selling
  • Provide professional customer management to enhance business relationship
  • Supervise a sales team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Have at least 5 years relevant FMCG experience in MNC, preferably with 1 to 2 years managerial experience
  • With sound analytical and strategic mindset
  • Be presentable, outspoken with good interpersonal skill
  • Be an independent problem-solver and good team player
  • Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
