Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls, in both Ocean and Air operations
  • Produce accurate reports and follow up shipment bookings
  • Maintain close communication and coordinate with overseas offices, customers or stakeholders, and warehouses in an efficient and effective way
  • Confirm information for order processing, such as: selling rate, shipping company preference, shipping schedule, payment terms, shipment ready date and consolidation, etc.
  • Update information on system, such as: shipment details, working manual, account management list and vendor list, etc.
  • Provide general administrative and back-up support within the department

  

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in freight forwarding / logistics Industry (Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive)
  • Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
  • Detail Oriented and good team spirit
  • Fluent in oral English and Mandarin
  • Competent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to learn and work overtime if needed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
