To cope with our client's expansion, we're looking to hire a couple of kitchen manager for their soon to be open restaurant in Central

Client Details

Our client has 150+ shops in over 20 cities in China till date.

Description
  • Directly report to restaurant manager, assist in full spectrum of food production process which includes , cold kitchen, butchery, hot kitchen and inventory, etc...
  • Ensure kitchen safety, hygiene, sanitation, breakage control, preventive maintenance, grooming, service requirement are in accordance with company / relevant regulations standard
  • Manage kitchen operations including but not limited to prepare schedules, ensure food production quality and handle errors which may occur during the service
  • Ensure the kitchen's products are in line with the provide guidance and instructions to the team and ensure good performance of the teams is in place
  • Responsible for staff training and maintain disciplines of the department
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and provide a climate for change to achieve improvement in various areas
  • Support in budgeting process and maintain monthly material and manpower control and forecast


Profile
  • 2 years of experience in fast food chain / Chinese restaurant operation management is preferred; with south east Asian cuisine is an advantage
  • good communication and coordination skills, strong execution, understand the basic computer operations, can work with MS word and excel.
  • strong planning ability, and strong team management skills;
  • familiar with the catering industry with food safety knowledge.
