職責Job Responsibilities

  • Management and supervision of all kitchen operations, daily communications meeting with all kitchen heads and junior staff to manage the day to day production plan and volumes.  
  • Manage relationships with clients and distributors and resolve comments, complaints, requests and any other issues promptly.
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to clients in a timely fashion
  • Daily management and preparation, bulk preparation of base product line, inventory management, overall kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Quality Control, responsible for quality control and tasting finished goods; making sure they are at the proper standard and are presented correctly before they go out to the client.
  • Ensure highest standards of safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting on scheduling, payroll, inventory, sales, costs.
  • Maintain and update the recipe card file, keep up with industry trends, and create new recipes as requested or required.

  • 2 years previous management experience in a large intuitional kitchen or hospitality operation.
  • 有責任心, 準時, 勤奮, 願意學習Responsible, punctual, diligent, able to follow direction.
  • 可立即上班者優先Immediately available is preferred.
