  • We are looking for KOREAN SPEAKING BUYING / MERCHANDISING MANAGER (beauty products) - with details as follows :
  • Degree holder preferably Merchandising/Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years or above working experience in beauty merchandise category under e-commerce, trading or buying office environment
  • Solid experience in buying from international beauty/cosmetics/skin care brands
  • Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Korean speaking is a plus
  • Experience in Korean beauty brands is a plus
  • Manage the whole sourcing and development in beauty categories
  • Drive and implement business strategies to build the categories for the Company
  • Head up the merchandising team to oversee and operate all mechanizing/sourcing activities with all vendors
  • Negotiate and work with vendors to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
  • Maximize brand/product sales performance through continuous effort in identifying new vendors in different regions
  • Drive brand/product sales revenue through continuous effort in new product sourcing, order placement and maintenance of optimum stock level
  • Manage product stock level to achieve company stock level and sales target
  • Provide strategic sourcing planning and coordinate with sales team for implementation
  • Prepare various kind of stock/sale analysis report for Management review
  • Work closely with Management to ensure that the short and long range departmental objectives are consistent with company vision and strategy
  • Occasional travel is required
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm)
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 16 days
