The L&D Supervisor is responsible for delivering training and managing e-learning system to the group. You will contribute to the learning and development of the whole group at strategic level.

Client Details

The company is a global leading ship management company. They have been operating for more than 100 years across the globe, delivering reliable services to passengers. They are currently looking for an experienced L&D professional to provide global training.

Description

  • Implement group training program and policies; liaise with sourcing vendors and make deployment
  • Deliver and facilitate training courses (live events, webinars, workshops etc.) from general staff to top management level
  • Maintain the group e-learning system, keep the information updated and bring new courses to satisfy end-users needs
  • Track and manage the internal training record
  • Assist in designing and planning the training program on strategic level
  • Analyse post-training evaluation results and prepare regular reports on training attendance and feedback

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of training and development experience
  • Strong usage in e-learning platforms
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
