Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer complaint cases in Sales Team of Call Centre
  • Consolidate and report on customer feedbacks for continuous improvement
  • Assist to implement sales and service business projects

 

Working location

  • Lai Chi Kok (nearby Mei Foo MTR Station)

 

Working hour

  • 5-day work week including weekends & public holidays
  • 42.5 hours per week, willing to take up shift duties between 0800 – 1900

 

We look for

  • F.5 / DSE or above with minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of telecom products is definitely an advantage
  • Customer focused, result-oriented and work positively as good team player
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Fluent in pure Cantonese and good in English
