He/ she is responsible for creating, managing and implementing learning and development initiatives, programs and corresponding vendor management. As well as, develops and implements strategic initiatives that impact our culture, leadership effectiveness and talent development across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, articulating and driving the learning and organizational development strategy.
  • Responsible for leadership development assessment and design - build a framework and roadmap for different audiences including various levels of leadership.
  • Develop strong partnership with the Business Unit heads and the HR Business Partners to ensure the development and delivery of relevant and effective training throughout the organization.
  • Play a consultative role to assist in diagnosing needs and providing effective solutions to address those needs.
  • Redefine our core, leadership and functional competencies with learning tools that drive continuous learning and integration of these competencies.
  • Bring the latest learning technologies and programs to create a Best in Class L&D organization that has true impact on employee development.



Qualifications Required Experience

  • 7 years’ experience in the Human Resources function, with at least 5 years in Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Talent Development/Management or related area.
  • Advanced degree in Learning and Development, Education, Organization Development or a closely related field preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of leaders across business functions, including senior leadership
  • Leadership and Organizational Development expertise. Successful track record of designing, developing, and delivering leadership and organizational development solutions across functional to meet business goals.
  • Experience with Talent Analytics to perform analysis and identify insights applicable to the organizational development project, audience or business.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, merging data from multiple sources, and applying formulas, functions & filters in Excel.
  • Driven to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment. Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Experience in assessment/survey design, deployment, data analysis and administration.
