Client Details

Our client is a well established UK based trading and manufacturing company with over 25+ years presence in Asia working very closely with large international brands. Currently they looking for an independent HK based HR to oversee HR matters for HK and designated APAC locations.

Description

  • Oversee and be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions across HK and certain designated offices in APAC including compensation and benefits, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, training and development, performance management and talent management.
  • Formulate talent acquisition and development strategies, give advice and support on recruitment activities and retention plan
  • Play an advisory role while handling all sorts of employment related issues
  • Work closely with Financial Director on standard payroll calculation
  • Streamline HR policies and implement them locally
  • Promote staff engagement. Plan and organise team building activities and company events
  • Supervise or take part in ad hoc HR projects of the Group

Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of all rounded hands on HR experience
  • Hands-on with ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
  • Detail minded, willing to take responsibilities and able to take initiatives
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office
