Working Location: Kowloon Bay

Working Hours : Monday to Friday Office hour, Sat 9:00- 13:00 (average 39 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality customer services to our key account customers, such as handling all their enquiries and complaints
  • Performing shipment tracing, preparing reports and conducting courtesy visits.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • At least 3 years' customer service experience, preferably in logistics industry or customer service field
  • Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
  • Ability to work under a fast-paced environment 
  • Customer-focus, flexible, initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge especially in MS Excel
