  • Welcome customers and provide quality service to customers
  • Introduce products and related product features through actively inviting customers for coffee tasting
  • Deliver professional coffee knowledge and recommend appropriate products to customers
  • Support the general store operations and stock management 

Requirements:

  • F5 and above, Fresh graduates are welcomed!
  • 1-year relevant experience in Hospitality / Retail / Customer service with customer relations & sales background is an added value
  • Proficient in spoken English & Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills, Customer-oriented mindset and Can-do attitude
