Our client is looking for a Client Services/Client Onboarding Specialist to join their business to fuel their growth for 12 months. The ideal candidate must have passed HKSI Paper 1 with previous exposure to AML/compliance in Hong Kong's financial industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Client Details

Our client is the subsidiary under one of the largest investment group in the world with global presence, having 20+ offices across the APAC, European and American region.

Our client's business in Hong Kong mainly focuses on securities trading, futures trading, investment advisory, custodian and nominee services, in which covers products such as fixed income, structured products, mutual funds and insurance.

They also cover 1000+ Hong Kong stocks, 500+ stocks in the Asian and emerging markets and 500+ US stocks.

Description

  • Provide support for the mid-and-back office of Client Services Team
  • Support account on boarding and ensure processes are compliant with internal policy and regulatory requirements
  • Handle account on boarding with external broker, counterparty and custodian
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by team head.

Profile

· University degree holder

· Valid license holder of HKSI Paper 1 (is a must)

· 1+ year experience in securities industry is a plus.

· Familiarity with account on-boarding processes, AML and FATCA/ CRS requirements will be ideal

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and self-motivated.

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
