Responsibilities:

  • Formulate training and development plans, including the annual training plan, to address development needs of and promote a strong learning culture in the organisation;

  • Organise training and development programmes including identifying appropriate providers and overseeing the vendor selection process to ensure the delivery of quality training programmes;

  • Serve as the internal consultants of various line-departments, to understand their talent development challenges, and thus provide appropriate solutions accordingly

  • Design training solutions in accordance with the Bank's development strategy and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct research and analysis of training needs and programme effectiveness, and compile management reports;

  • Assist in drawing up programmes and proposals for development projects;

  • Act as a point of contact of all trainee enquiries

  • Take part in ad hoc assigned projects

Profile

Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality or related disciplines

  • 5 years of learning & development experience in banking, insurance, or financial services company

  • Familiar with training requirements as specified by regulators, e.g. HKMA and SFC

  • Good planning and execution, organised, computer literacy

  • Proficient in both written and verbal English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
