Reporting to the local Head of HR and functionally reporting to the head office L&D Leader, the incumbent will serve as a local section head to lead a small team to drive the full learning & development framework and agenda. The core responsibility is to partner with internal & external stakeholders to identify, develop and implement learning & development programs or solutions to fulfill the Bank’s training needs and support the Bank’s talent development & engagement strategy.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5-8 years of banking or professional industry training experience;
  • Candidate with front line banking and regional reporting experience is preferred;
  • Independent, self driven professional with exceptional organization, analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and be innovative to drive changes;
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Occasional travel is required;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
