Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, implementing and administrating learning and organizational development projects
  • Source, liaise, coordinate and monitor external consultants and service provider to ensure smooth logistics and arrangements and service quality for learning and organizational development projects
  • Assist in implementing learning and development policies and procedures 
  • Coordinate and/ or deliver training programs in a professional manner
  • Handle administration work of learning and organizational development projects, including course enrolment, training venue set up, training schedule arrangement, etc.
  • Maintain and analyze training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of learning and organizational development projects
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, project management and analytical skills with a strong interest in people development and engagement
  • People-oriented, proactive, energetic, self-motivated and with good business acumen
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Learning & Development Officer
