Report to the Senior Leasing Manager, the Leasing Administrator is required to participate in all aspects of the Group's property related matters including leasing, operations, administration and projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle all leasing documents including offer letters, lease supporting documents including Hand-over and Take-over documents and tenancy agreements in a systematic manner.
  2. Ensure all details in the leasing documents are accurately complied, corresponded and completed.
  3. Monitor all leasing documents have been properly excuted according to procedures and timeframe without missing and delay.
  4. Maintain proper filing of all leasing documents and record physically and in the computer system.
  5. Update and manage property information, market information and data inputs to computer record.
  6. Follow up all outstanding, pending and missing iems required by the tenancy agreements.
  7. Co-ordinate with other departments for information and update.
  8. Prepare leasing reports and forms for daily application.
  9. Perform ad-hoc assignments from time to time required.
Requirements
  1. Holder of a recognized degree.
  2. Proven record of at least 5 years property leasing administrative experiences.
  3. Ability and knowledge to handle legal documents on leasing matters.
  4. Accounting knowledge is an advantage.
  5. Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
  6. Good knowledge of computer and software applications.
  7. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication ability. Occasional work outside Hong Kong is required.
  8. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
