Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of operational and coordination support to leasing, marketing, and special projects of the Property Department;
  • Handle leasing matters including tenant sourcing, property inspection and maintenance, leasing documents, liaison with tenants, property and marketing agent, etc.;
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities pertaining to leasing and investment matters;
  • Provide support to property investment matters and market research;
  • Support property enhancement and renovation initiatives, liaise with contractors, consultants and other external parties;
  • Prepare written assignments like marketing materials, correspondences, letters, reports, meeting notes, etc.;
  • Collaborate with internal parties on marketing, leasing, tenancy administration and technical matters;
  • Keep track of work progress of projects and work towards their timely completion;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably holder of a Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 4 years of hands-on relevant experience working in property developers or landlords;
  • Good understanding of the property and real estate industry and its current development;
  • Mature, reliable with good communication skills; enjoy working in a team environment;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, diligent and positive in attitude;
  • Adaptable to a fast paced environment; possess a "CAN-DO" attitude; flexible and willing to learn;
  • High computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
