Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily leasing of new letting, renewal negotiation and related administration;
  • Responsible for tenants enquiries and complaints;
  • Liaise with the agencies & potential tenants
  • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
  • Assist to formulate and implement strategies to achieve business targets of the Company
  • Drive the performance of the existing operations, including projects team, property management operation;
  • Co-ordinatate with property management teams / project teams for leasing matters;
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required;
  • Candidates have less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Property Management/Real Estate or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, conveyancing experience in Property Developer is an advantage
  • High work commitment, responsible and good communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office with Chinese word processing
