The HKIC is looking for a highly talented individual to fill the position of:
Lecturer - Whole Person Development (Part-time)

The applicant must possess

  1. a recognised degree, preferably with a post-graduate qualification in social work, psychology or social science;
  2. a minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification work and / or teaching experience, preferably in the field of whole person development or general education;
  3. knowledge of local construction industry or with related background is preferred;
  4. knowledge of the Qualifications Framework (QF) would be an advantage; and
  5. good presentation and communication skills.


(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)


Duties include

  1. to undertake teaching of Whole Person Development (Day-time and / or Evening);
  2. to update course content of Whole Person Development modules; and
  3. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.



The position is on a time-limited fixed-term contract subject to operational needs.
