Our client is the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, they are now keen to hire a Assistant to join the company.

 

Responsibilities and Requirement:

  • Assist with research of business related law and regulations, including market regulations, international sanctions and external compliance regulations;
  • Check deal details of physical crude oil, OTC and broker Contracts
  • Written translation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese
  • Review physical crude oil, OTC and broker Contracts from a legal prospective
  • University graduate or above with minimum 3 years experience reviewing contract in sizeable organization;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Chinese
  • Knowledge of contract law and English Law
  • Understanding or background in Risk Management would be an asset
