Responsibilities:

  • To manage and regulate the process of development tenders, handle expressions of interest, compile tender and contract document, arrange execution of development agreements, all in accordance with the revenue tendering policies and procedures
  • To organize and conduct tendering process for procurement of services, works and material supply contracts in accordance with the procedures and policies endorsed by the Authority
  • To handle project legal services for assisting the Authority in deed of mutual covenant approval application, pre-sale consent application and compliance matters of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
  • To provide legal support in preparing and vetting contracts documents and all legal issues between the Authority and its consultants / service providers / contractors

 

Requirements:

  • A solicitor admitted in the Hong Kong Special Administration Region
  • Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification legal experience in the property, commercial and land transaction matters, especially in project conveyancing
  • Exposure to indirect procurement and/or revenue tendering is an added advantage
  • General knowledge of property development and construction practices in Hong Kong
