Our client is a UK leading law firm that has a strong presence across the globe. They are looking for a legal HR professional to join their recruitment and Learning and Development team. This will be a great opportunity to join a dynamic company and to make a difference

Description

The HR Assistant will have the following responsibilities

  • Pro-actively participate in the recruitment cycle to support the wider HR team

  • Carry out logistics and coordination work from L & D team

  • Coordination of Interviews with line managers and HR

  • Liaise with Law Society and to coordinate seminars and training to meet CPD standards
  • Support on-and off-boarding of staff

  • Maintenance of the HRIS system

Profile

The HR Assistant will have the following requirements

  • Bachelor in Human Resources Management or other equivalent subjects

  • Strong attention to details and strong follow ups

  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Personality wise must be proactive, have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills- with the ability to build rapport with various line managers and stakeholders
