This role sits in Legal recruitment and development team, liaise with Law Society and take charge of CPD qualification.

Our client is a leading US law firm in the legal industry. They have over 35 offices worldwide, providing consulting service as well as other legal support to corporate clients. They are now expanding their business and to support the growth of the company, they are looking to hire a global-minded and responsive candidate to join the company!

Description

  • Support graduate recruitment & internship branding and events
  • Assist the development and implementation of graduate recruitment & internship strategies
  • Support on-boarding procedures including but not limited to contract drafting, reference
  • checks, on boarding orientation
  • Provide logistics and co-ordination for Law Fairs
  • Keep track and administer in house training courses for attorneys
  • Liaise with Law Society in regard to CPD accreditation
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and other HR systems
  • Undertake HR projects or ad hoc requests as required and assigned

Profile

  • At least 2 years of human resources experience in a sizeable organisation, preferably law firms or other professional services firms
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, language or related discipline
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is preferable but not a must.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal /communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team
  • A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
  • Exercises confidentiality and discretion
