This role is for a seasoned legal professional to support cross border projects involving various funds.

Client Details

Our client is an international investment management firm with over 6000 employees globally, spanning 20 countries.

Description
  • Assist in the review review and drafting of SFC authorised fund documentation, applications, establishment and maintenance
  • Liaising with internal/external parties in HK and overseas, completing forms and information for regulatory filings
  • Negotiating agreements and assisting with other general legal documentation and research
  • Reviewing and drafting of Chinese documents




Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Laws or relevant subjects
  • Some corporate commercial legal experience, ideally within a financial institution
  • Experience dealing with regulators is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, ability to draft documents in both
