Excellent position for a Legal Manager with solid experience to develop their career with an in-house market leader listed in Hong Kong.

Client Details

Our client is a reputable brand in the retail industry, with operation around the globe.

Description

  • To provide professional legal services and support to the Group, its subsidiaries and associates companiesTo liaise with external and internal parties and work closely with the group internal parties and provide legal advice on all aspects and to lead the ad hoc project when assigned
  • Draft and review corporate / commercial documents, including banking facilities documents, licence and distribution agreements, leases and China-related legal agreements, etc.
  • To conduct research on legal issues and update relevant regulatory/compliance
  • Administer legal compliance, internal legal policies and/or legal regulations

Profile

  • University degree and/or professional qualification preferably in Law or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years working experience in contract review and drafting required
  • With strong business acumen, good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and be a good team player
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-minded and ability to work independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
