Our client is a fast-moving company, with retail and trading business. To cope with the rapid development of their business, they are seeking for a legal professional to join the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review agreements, contracts, internal policies and other related legal documents
  • Provide commercial legal advice and comments to business parties for their projects and agreements
  • Review, update and maintain company’s policies, procedures and practices to ensure the company is compliant
  • Identify new regulatory changes and drive to implement relevant compliance requirements
  • Negotiate and manage different commercial matters
  • Detect legal risks
  • Liaise with external professional
  • Provide legal support to the APAC region

Requirements:

  • Legal qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in law firms and/or in commercial sectors
  • Experience in trading, retail or FMCG industry would be an advantage
  • Native in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English
