A well-respected international law firm is looking for a superb Legal Secretary to join their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be motivated, energetic and have previous experience working within a corporate finance division for an international law firm.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full spectrum of legal secretarial, administrative and occasional personal assistant support to three executives 
  • Handle complex meeting schedules and diary management with confidence for senior executives
  • Drafting, formatting and preparing legal documents
  • Manage and oversee all billings for the office and follow up accordingly
  • Maintaining the internal filing system
  • Help to handle any complaints from client claims and compensation requests
  • Support the Office Manager with any ad-hoc administrative duties or projects as assigned or required
 
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in an international law firm essential
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are also essential and Mandarin is preferred
  • Experience or knowledge of working within a Corporate Finance team at a legal firm is required
  • A solid proficiency in all MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing is essential for this role
  • Having great organisation skills and a real attention to detail is a must
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure will be absolutely key
