Specific Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely handling and management of all requests
  • Provide a consistently high level of professionalism and discretion when interaction with clients, customers and vendors
  • Handle service issues and problems by providing appropriate resolutions. Escalate in a timely manner where required
  • Be well versed in research and sourcing for solutions to meet customer needs
  • Build trust relationship with customers
  • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to make customer requests unique and experiential

Required Experience and Skills

  • Expected 3 years experience in a customer service environment serving/handling high-value segment customers
  • Previous experience in Lifestyle industry in a client-facing role especially working with customers and families is required
  • Must be experienced and passionate in the following lifestyles areas: luxury travel and hospitality, Concierge in a luxury hotel sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation and infectious positive mindset and attitude
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet tight datelines
  • Bilingual with a high proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)
