Description

  • Deliver world-class customer service via phone calls, emails or live chats

  • Understand the needs of customers and offer appropriate solutions

  • Handle complains in a professional manner

  • Build a long-term relationship with members

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile

  • High diploma or above

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • At least 2 - 3 years of customer service experience (B2C)

  • Experience in hospitality, aviation, F&B, travel, leisure or lifestyle concierge industry will be highly preferred

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Willing to perform shift duties (overnight shift maybe required sometimes)

  • Team player

  • Able to adopt in a multinational working environment
