Description

  • Deliver high standard of customer service in person

  • Understand the needs of customers and offer appropriate solutions

  • Handle customer feedback and complains in a professional manner

  • Handle membership issues in a timely manner

  • Coach and assist new joiner

  • Identify service gap and provide constructive recommendation to the management team

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service sector

  • Experience in shopping mall or hospitality or aviation industry will be highly preferred

  • Good team player

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Willing to perform shift duties (non-overnight shift)

  • Immediately Available will be highly preferred
