Job Responsibilities︰

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints or follow up orders via incoming telephone in a professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members, including fare quotations and itinerary planning etc.
  • Build and enhance customer relationship in order to increase customer satisfaction
  • Record customers’ enquiries and opinions

 


Job Requirements︰

  • Minimum Secondary School graduate with pass in English
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantage (part-time / internship would also be consider)
  • Extra incentive for good command of spoken Japanese N2 or above / Korean TOPIK level 4-6
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
  • Immediately available in an advantage

 


Compensation and benefits︰ 

  • Salary Range $15000-$21000
  • 45 Working hours a week (On Shift but NO overnight shift)
