Responsibilities: Responsible for dealing customers by Online Chat System ; Respond quickly and accurately to customer enquiries ; Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge ; Work closely with other departments and team members to maintain high level of service ; Required to maintain typing level of performance both in Chinese and English ; Ability to communicate via online chat in a professional manner
Requirements: Strong written communication skills in Chinese and English ; Type Faster - MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English ; Customer orientated, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution ; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Familiar with the major operating systems of different platforms which are not limited to Android OS and Windows would be a strong plus ; Experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing would be an added advantage; Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Outlook Express
Working Hours: 5-day work (Monday-Sunday, including Public Holiday)
